Our Story of Success

Our goal was to be among the best. When Ladies First was founded in 1991, little did we know that our name would also be a testimony of our success. Since the first German Barbershop Competition in 1992, Ladies First has taken first place seven times. We were the first German chorus to qualify and be invited to the Sweet Adelines International Barbershop Competition in Atlanta in 1999. In 2002 we won the German Choral Competition in the category "Jazz, Vocal, etc." . In 2005 we were first in two different provincial chorus competitions: "Landeschorwettbewerb" and "Sing and Swing Festival".
