German Barbershop Music Festival 2008

It was a great event and a thrilling chorus contest:

The 14th till 16th of March the Concert hall of Dortmund was totally in Barbershop mood. "BinG!" ( Barbershop in Germany) has invited to th 9th Barbershop Music Festival.
What a successful event. 5000 visitors did come to see and listen Barbershop Music at the highest level.

We had our convention audition at 14.25h local time and this meant: On stage as the second one! Well at this starting position we could see the most of the other choruses and this was rather curious for us to see how this turned out. Especially after the "Harmnunichs and the "Erste Kölner Barbershop Chor we knew this was going to be a very tight result.

In the end it was the sentence "And the Winner is which made us jubilate.
Seven out of nine times "Ladies First could take the cup ( to be honest it looks a bit like a coat hook) back home.

And we are pretty sure, the local soccer club is pretty jealous.
